The Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting for multiple Solicitors to join our Commercial Property team, based at our Norwich office. These positions offer a great opportunity to work closely with agents, buyers, and investors, and are pivotal to ensuring that our clients experience a professional and efficient service. This growing department works in a fast-paced environment, and they are looking for individuals that relish the challenge that this brings.
The Candidate:
- The ideal candidates will have previous experience as a solicitor of at least one year undertaking commercial property work, however, we are open to hearing from newly qualified solicitors.
- The successful candidates will hold relevant legal qualifications.
- Candidates with a strong fit for the position will be committed to providing excellent standards of client care and be commercially astute.
- We are looking for someone with great time management, IT, and communication skills and someone who appreciates the importance of attention to detail.
- The applicants will enjoy a busy environment and will have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Successful candidates will be team players who thrive in a successful collaborative environment.

- Handling of a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, from instruction through to completion.
- Liaising and meeting with clients and agents, building strong rapport, to ensure a seamless transaction process.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating options, contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
- Providing support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and financial requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each transaction.
- Ensuring clients are kept regularly informed on progress and costs.
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team dynamic.
- Participating in business development opportunities and networking events to promote firm services.
About the Team:
Our vastly experienced commercial property team deals with all aspects of the commercial property sector from lease assignments to refinancing of property portfolios. We also work closely with our corporate team on share and asset sales and purchases. Whatever the business size, the team provides effective solutions for all property requirements.
With extensive experience of all types of business occupiers and landlords, the team also draws on knowledge from across the firm to provide a comprehensive service, keeping our client’s needs at the heart of what we do.
