About the Role
This successful and prestigious law firm has won a huge volume of new business. Due to their reputation in the market, and rapid growth, they are continually winning new business.
The role will suit experienced solicitors in this specialized field and the client is open to experienced solicitors with 5 years + Post Qualification Experience.
The firm's services are in demand, and there is an opportunity to develop a great career away from the high pressures of Bigger City Law firms. There is a genuine opportunity to work on current cases and bring in new business when available. The prospects are genuinely great, and it is anticipated the right candidate could soon run the department as a Head and have a team to work with as opportunities continue to come in.

Requirements
- Work on transactions of high value and complexity
- Represent high-net-worth individual clients and private companies.
- Undertake cases including freehold, leasehold, lease extension, financing, refinancing, investment, development.
- Be confident in defining option agreements, and overage deeds.
