Solicitor - Commercial Property Job (3+PQE)
Office base: Wigan, WN3 5BA - hybrid working available after a period of onboarding, with a minimum of 2-3 days per week in the office (or as agreed with the Department Manager)

The Role
We're always keen to hear from talented Commercial Property Solicitors with 3+ years' PQE.
Working alongside experienced Partners and Solicitors, you'll advise a diverse client base on a broad range of matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial landlord and tenant work
- Business leases and lease renewals
- Social housing transactions
- Development and regeneration projects
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied commercial property caseload from instruction to completion
- Draft and negotiate leases, contracts, transfers and related documentation
- Provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals
- Support senior colleagues on complex transactions
- Ensure compliance with SRA and internal procedures
- Maintain effective file, WIP and financial management
- Contribute to business development and cross-referral opportunities
- Deliver excellent client care throughout

About You

We're looking for someone who can:
- Independently manage a commercial property caseload
- Build strong client and colleague relationships
- Deliver pragmatic, commercial advice
- Work collaboratively within a team
- Manage competing priorities effectively
- Demonstrate strong organisation and attention to detail
Essential
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
- Minimum 3 years' PQE in Commercial Property
- Experience managing your own caseload
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent client care and commercial awareness
- Proficient with legal technology and case management systems
- Proactive and flexible approach
Desirable
- Social housing experience
- Development project experience
- Business development experience
- Existing professional network or following
