This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer looking to take ownership of a varied, high-quality caseload and play a key role within a growing and high-performing team. You’ll work closely with a broad range of commercial clients, handle interesting and complex matters, and have the support to further develop your expertise in acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development work, and secured lending.
You’ll join a department with strong referral networks, established client relationships, and opportunities to get involved in business development. The role offers the autonomy to run your matters confidently, while still benefiting from collaboration with experienced colleagues.

What does the job involve?
- Assisting, conducting, and managing various Commercial Property transactions including leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold, and freehold commercial properties.
- Drafting, reviewing, amending, and issuing legal documentation including various transaction reports to clients and professional lenders.
- Developing a good working knowledge of the case management system whilst working efficiently, effectively, and professionally.
- Supporting colleagues within the department as well as liaising with existing and new clients.
What you need?
- Qualified Solicitor with approx. 1–3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property.
- Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.
- Excellent client-care focus and communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, organised, and motivated to develop your career.
- Good knowledge of the local commercial property market.
