Our client, a highly regarded London law firm specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence, is seeking a Solicitor to join its established Complex Injury team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced claimant personal injury solicitor to work on high-value, complex and predominantly multi-track catastrophic injury claims within a specialist and supportive environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of complex personal injury matters, providing a high standard of client care while working on substantial and often high-value claims.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing a caseload of complex and predominantly multi-track personal injury claims
  • Advising and supporting claimant clients throughout the lifecycle of their claims
  • Handling high-value and catastrophic injury cases appropriate to experience
  • Applying the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant pre-action protocols
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documentation and correspondence
  • Conducting legal research and progressing matters effectively
  • Working closely with colleagues and other professionals involved in complex claims
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive case management records

You Will Ideally Have

  • 3–6 years' PQE in claimant personal injury
  • Experience handling high-value and multi-track personal injury claims
  • Experience of complex or catastrophic injury litigation
  • A strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant protocols
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Strong legal, administrative and research abilities
  • The ability to manage a caseload with a high degree of autonomy
  • A proactive, hardworking and commercially aware approach
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a specialist team
  • Experience of supervising or supporting junior lawyers would be advantageous
  • An interest in business development and contributing to the growth of the firm would be beneficial
