We are delighted to be expanding our thriving Complex Injury Team and are looking to recruit a Qualified Solicitor to join us in our Liverpool office. This is a fantastic opportunity for driven and passionate individuals who are committed to delivering excellent service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients. You will be part of a collaborative team that specialises in complex, litigated injury claims. You’ll manage your own caseload with the support of junior team members and play an integral role in progressing and settling claims, both pre- and post-issue.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex personal injury claims
- Handle claims from inception through to settlement, both pre-litigation and post-issue
- Progress files in a proactive and efficient manner to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Draft legal documents, witness statements, and schedules of loss
- Attend court hearings, conferences, and settlement meetings as required
- Liaise effectively with clients, medical experts, barristers, and third parties
- Support and mentor junior team members as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
About You:
- Experience handling complex personal injury claims, including litigated cases
- Alternatively, experience with fast-track claims and the ambition to progress to more complex work
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- The drive, ambition, and determination to succeed in a dynamic legal environment
