Employment Senior Associate / Principal Associate – Manchester

Oculus are currently partnering with a prestigious Top 50 UK law firm to recruit an exceptional Employment Senior Associate / Principal Associate to join its highly regarded Employment team in Manchester.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting chance to work across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a particular (non-exclusive) focus on corporate and education clients.

Your role will include:

  • Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims
  • Delivering client training, seminars and legal updates
  • Supporting business development initiatives
  • Supervising and mentoring junior members of the Employment team

Salary: £75,000 – £95,000 + attractive bonus scheme
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the Manchester office, 2 days from home
