Family Solicitor (4+ PQE) | SE London | Hybrid Working following probation (3 days remote) Market rate
Are you a commercially minded Family Solicitor looking for more than just a fee-earning role?
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing and ambitious, long-established and highly respected Legal 500 firm with an outstanding reputation for client care, technical excellence and building long-term client relationships.
They are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join its established Family team. This role offers the chance to handle a high-quality privately funded caseload while playing a key part in the continued growth and success of the department.
We're looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial lawyer with strong technical expertise across divorce, financial remedy and private children matters, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for business development, networking and relationship building. This is a role for someone who enjoys being visible in the market, developing referral relationships and helping to generate new business.

Working closely with the Head of Department, you will manage your own caseload, deliver exceptional client care, and contribute to the firm's profile through networking, marketing and community engagement.

About You
- Minimum 4 years' PQE in Family Law
- Strong experience in privately funded family matters
- Proven fee-earner with excellent client care skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- Confident networking and developing professional relationships
- Ambitious, driven and keen to make a genuine impact within a growing firm
This is an outstanding opportunity for a solicitor who combines strong legal expertise with a commercial mindset and wants to play an active role in developing both their own practice and the wider Family department.
