About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our busy Family Law team. As an experienced Qualified Solicitor, you will deliver high-quality legal advice grounded in relevant policy and legislation in your particular specialism.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the team, managing a caseload focusing primarily on children matters, whilst providing exceptional service to clients. You will be expected to provide detailed and accurate legal advice, whilst delegating appropriate tasks to Legal Assistants and Paralegals in the team to ensure that this can be carried out effectively and timely.
About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll have a developed understanding of your specific specialism of family law with the ability to manage a more complex caseload effectively, taking full ownership of this with minimal supervision. You’ll have the confidence and capability to organise your own workload to ensure that you consistently deliver exceptional legal advice. You’ll need to be a qualified lawyer with either an SRA qualification or a Fellow of CILEx and have experience specifically in dealing with financial matters on Family breakdown.

You’ll be working towards fee-earning targets that contribute directly to the success of the team, so the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels is essential.
You will be a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service. You understand the importance of professionalism and empathy when supporting clients who may be going through challenging personal circumstances. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, preferably within a legal environment, and be confident managing a busy workload in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential.
