Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Firm: Leadenhall Law Group
Location: Norwich NR1 (Hybrid)
Qualification: 1+ PQE
Salary: £35,000 – £60,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus Scheme
About Us & The Culture
At Leadenhall Law Group, we operate a high-energy, fast-paced residential property practice in Norwich. It is a busy, intense environment where no two days are the same—but you will never walk alone. We are a genuinely social, tight-knit firm where everyone backs each other up, challenges are tackled together, and successes are celebrated as a team.
We work on a 1:1 mentorship and pod model, pairing one Solicitor directly with one Paralegal. This means you will have dedicated, hands-on support to help run your caseload efficiently, allowing you to focus on high-level legal work, client care, and fee generation without getting bogged down in pure administration.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing team in Norwich. You will run a varied caseload across freehold and leasehold transactions—including complex matters and handling Building Safety Act 2022 requirements—with the dedicated support of your assigned Paralegal.
Unlike other firms where relationships with estate agents can be strained, we take a collaborative approach. We build and maintain close, harmonious working relationships with our agents—we view them as partners, support each other to get deals across the line, and even meet up with them regularly at social events.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
