Employment Lawyer | NQ upwards, open to PQE | £42–75k DOE | Hybrid + Benefits & Incentives | SE London/Kent

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Lawyer looking to take the next step in their career with a forward-thinking, prestigious Legal 500 firm. With a strong reputation across SE London, Kent and London, this growing firm is seeking an Employment Lawyer with a solid background in employment law to join its highly regarded Employment Department. The team advises on a broad spectrum of employment law issues and is central to the firm’s continued expansion, with clear ambitions for Legal 200 recognition. This role is ideal for a solicitor (open in terms of level), experienced in handling both respondent and claimant matters, and with a genuine passion for business development.

What They Are Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor, if an NQ you must have completed a seat in employment law (private practice preferred)
  • Strong technical experience handling respondent and claimant matters
  • A demonstrable passion for business development and client relationship building
  • Confidence advising on complex respondent and claimant matters independently
  • Commercial awareness and excellent client care skills
  • Immigration experience advantageous but not essential

  • Advising on both respondent and claimant matters
  • Driving initiatives aligned with your passion for business development
  • Supporting marketing and networking activity
  • Collaborating across departments to generate cross-referrals
