Commercial Real Estate Solicitor | 1-3 PQE | Tier 1 Team
Guildford | Hybrid Working (50/50) | £70,000–£82,000 + Enhanced Benefits

One of my key clients are looking to add Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join the Tier 1-ranked Real Estate team.
Recognised for delivering exceptional legal advice to an impressive portfolio of national and international clients, this award-winning team is looking for a talented lawyer who enjoys working on high-quality, complex real estate matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.
You will advise a broad range of clients across a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development projects
- Investment work
- Asset management

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Looking to develop your career within a leading national practice
