About us
Michael Gerard Solicitors, based in the Midlands, are a small but very busy practice offering legal expertise in the construction and engineering industries. We assist employers, house builders, developers, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and surveyors (to name but a few) with various legal issues related to construction.
Our office is based in the beautiful market town of Market Harborough, which is on the border of Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

Role Description
This is a full or part-time role on-site for a Solicitor in Dispute Resolution.
The role covers the resolution of building/contract disputes, drafting and interpretation of contracts, debt recovery, and other construction-related legal services. Ideally, you will at least have a knowledge of standard forms of building contract, but support will be given. Although experience in adjudication would be an advantage, you must be experienced in litigation and able to manage your cases.
