Senior Associate – Private Client & Tax 5+ PQE | Top 100 Ranked Firm | London, City | Hybrid Working | Clear Pathway to Partnership
The Firm:
A Top 100 UK law firm with a long-established London presence is looking to expand its highly regarded Private Client & Tax practice.
The firm advises entrepreneurs, business owners, family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals across the UK and internationally. Its clients hold diverse and often complex assets, including international businesses, landed estates, art, yachts, aircraft and other luxury assets.
The culture combines deep technical expertise and longstanding client relationships with a modern, entrepreneurial approach.
The Role:
This is an opportunity for a 5+ PQE Private Client or Tax solicitor to join a growing and successful team.
- You will work with sophisticated UK and international clients, advising on UK taxation, estate planning, trusts, wealth protection and complex wealth-holding structures.
- A particular focus will be on non-UK domiciled clients, international families and family office structures, with exposure to cross-border trusts and wealth structures.
- The successful candidate will take a key role within the team, with responsibility for leading matters, supervising junior lawyers and developing client relationships.
- The firm will also support you in developing your own practice and business development profile.

The Candidate & Benefits:
They are looking for a 5+ PQE Private Client or Tax solicitor, ideally trained at a reputable City or West End firm.
- You should have strong experience in; UK taxation, particularly for international or non-UK domiciled clients, HNW/UHNW private client work, Trusts and estate planning, Complex wealth-holding or family office structures & International or cross-border matters.
- You will also be a confident communicator with strong technical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to lead matters and develop relationships.
- STEP membership is preferred.
