Head of Private Client | Warwickshire | Legal 500 Firm | Up to £135,000 + Excellent Benefits
I’m currently working with a Legal 500 law firm in Warwickshire that is looking to appoint a Head of Private Client to provide strategic direction and leadership to its growing Midlands Private Client practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client solicitor who is looking for more than just their next role, with long-term prospects for equity partnership and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and growing the practice.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in providing strategic direction and leadership to the growing Midlands Private Client practice
- Delivering expert advice across a broad spectrum of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Succession Planning, Probate, and LPAs
- Building and maintaining relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals, families, business owners, and landed estates
- Advising clients with complex UK and international assets
- Developing and growing the Private Client offering across the Midlands
- Mentoring junior team members and creating an environment of continuous professional development and excellence
- Playing a key role in business development and the continued growth of the practice
- Prospects for equity partnership

About You
You will be:
- A qualified solicitor with substantial experience in Private Client law
- Experienced in advising HNW and UHNW individuals, families, and business owners
- Comfortable dealing with complex estates, trusts, and succession planning matters
- Experienced in managing teams and developing practice areas
- Confident in business development and building strong client relationships
- Commercially minded, ambitious, and keen to play a key role in the continued growth of a successful practice
- Ideally STEP qualified
