Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Solicitor role based in Bromley. The Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, providing legal advice, representation, and advocacy in line with firm standards and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Meeting clients
  • Taking instructions
  • Drafting documentation
  • Preparing case strategies
  • Attending court or hearings as required

The role involves collaborating with in-house Solicitor Advocates, Barristers, and external experts, as well as liaising with relevant authorities and stakeholders. The Solicitor will maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with professional and ethical obligations, and contribute to the firm’s commitment to client care, confidentiality, and access to justice.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret legislation, case law, and procedural rules
  • Experience in criminal litigation and advocacy is desirable
  • Qualified Solicitor with current practicing certificate in England and Wales
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills, with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated commitment to client care, confidentiality, and ethical practice
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload, work collaboratively in a team, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues
