Commercial Property Associate | Manchester | £65,000–£85,000 DOE + Bonus
Oculus are currently partnering with an exceptional Top 200 UK law firm to recruit a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate for its award-winning Real Estate team in Manchester.

- Advise on a broad range of high-quality Commercial Property matters, including:
- Acquisitions & disposals
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Investment transactions
- Development work
- Corporate real estate support
- Advising a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across a variety of sectors
Salary:
- £65,000–£85,000 DOE + attractive bonus scheme
Hybrid Working:
- 3 days in the Manchester office, 2 days from home
