Real Estate Associate | Manchester | £80,000–£100,000+ DOE
Oculus are currently partnering with a highly regarded Silver Circle law firm to recruit a talented Real Estate Associate to join its market-leading team in Manchester.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on London-quality Real Estate matters while enjoying the benefits of being based in Manchester, with exposure to some of the UK's most complex and high-profile transactions.

- Managing a diverse portfolio of asset management work
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and real estate financings
- Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
- Providing strategic commercial advice to protect clients' interests
- Working on major development projects, from brownfield industrial developments to large-scale town centre regeneration schemes
Salary:
£80,000–£100,000+ DOE
Hybrid Working:
3 days in the Manchester office, 2 days from home
