Whether your experience has been gained in a defence or plaintiff background, we are interested in speaking with you about this role.
Your new role
As the company embark on an exciting growth journey, they are seeking to bring onboard an experienced litigation solicitor (3+ PQE ideally but open to all PQE) to take carriage of a plaintiff based medical negligence and personal injury caseload. Your caseload will consist of a mix of county court and High court actions through a range of RTA, EL/PL and clinical negligence matters. The role is ideal for junior solicitors with litigation based experience either in PI or medical negligence. It is a partner led department and the senior partner who is a pre-eminent practitioner in the field, will support and offer mentorship for those inexperienced with medical negligence matters. You will also have the support and guidance of a senior associate and other junior members of the department.
