Residential Property Solicitor 2+ PQE | Leading Legal 500 & HNW Chambers-Ranked Firm | North London | Hybrid Working from home 3 Days per Week | Excellent Bonus
The Firm:
A highly regarded London firm with a strong reputation in Property is looking to add to its growing Residential Property team.
The team has made multiple hires over the past year and now comprises 10+ people. The firm is known for its excellent working culture, strong support and genuine opportunities for progression, with several Partners having developed their careers internally from Legal Assistant level.
The Role:
You will join a growing Residential Property team handling a quality-driven caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

The team focuses on quality rather than volume, with properties typically valued between £600K and £5M+, predominantly involving leasehold transactions.
You will also benefit from a strong support structure, with almost every fee-earner having a dedicated Paralegal and separate teams handling administration and post-completion work.

The Candidate & Package:
A personable Residential Property Solicitor with 2+ PQE and experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions. You should be technically strong, commercially aware and keen to develop your career within a supportive, growing team.
