A highly regarded, multi-office UK law firm with a strong national presence across the is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Associate Solicitor to join its growing Oxford team.
The firm’s Property Disputes team is recognised for handling complex, high-value real estate litigation matters for a diverse client base, including commercial landlords, tenants, developers, and private individuals.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Property Litigation Solicitor to take on a key role within the Oxford office, managing a varied and high-quality caseload while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
You will handle a broad range of real estate disputes, including:
- Boundary and title disputes
- Adverse possession claims
- Easements, covenants, and rights of way
- Rights of light disputes
- Residential possession and landlord & tenant disputes
- Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) matters
- Commercial lease renewals and dilapidations
- Co-ownership and cohabitation disputes
- Management company and service charge disputes

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of property litigation matters from instruction to resolution
- Act for both commercial and residential landlords and tenants
- Deliver pragmatic, cost-effective dispute resolution strategies
- Collaborate closely with commercial property and private client teams
- Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees
- Engage in business development, networking, and client relationship management

Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 7+ years’ PQE in Property Litigation
- Strong technical expertise across real estate disputes and landlord & tenant law
- Proven ability to manage complex caseloads independently
- Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
- Experience in business development and networking
- Interest in mentoring and team development
What’s on Offer
- Competitive salary: £70,000 – £95,000 (DOE)
