Residential Property Solicitor
Location: North London (Hybrid)

About the Role
Our client, a modern and forward-thinking law firm in North London, is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join their expanding property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident legal professional to manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Manage all aspects of the residential conveyancing lifecycle from instruction to completion.
- Transaction Variety: Handle a broad mix of property files, including freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Business Growth: Actively participate in networking and business development initiatives to help grow the firm's presence locally, as well as further afield.

Requirements
- Experience: Qualified Solicitor with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential property law.
- Specialist Knowledge: Prior exposure to new-build conveyancing transactions is highly advantageous.
- Autonomy: Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively with minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Technical Skills: Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with modern case management systems.
