Real Estate Solicitor – Interim Contract

Location: UK – Remote

Duration: 3–6 months

Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join the legal team of a leading international logistics real estate investment business on an interim basis.

The business invests in, develops, and operates logistics and industrial real estate across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and the Americas.

This is a broad, hands-on role suited to a mid-to-senior level commercial real estate solicitor who is comfortable advising across both asset management and real estate investment transactions.

Role Details

You will provide legal support across a broad range of real estate matters, working closely with the wider legal and investment teams.

  • Advising on commercial property leasing, lease renewals, variations, and re-gears
  • Supporting ongoing asset management matters across a logistics and industrial property portfolio
  • Advising on real estate acquisitions and disposals
  • Advising on property due diligence and transaction documentation
  • Advising on joint ventures and other real estate investment structures
  • Supporting indirect disposals and share transactions involving property-owning entities
  • Advising on real estate-related corporate and M&A transactions
  • Providing commercially focused legal advice on the wider management and development of the group's property investments

About You

We are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor with strong commercial property experience and the ability to work independently in an interim environment.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong experience in UK commercial real estate/property law
  • Experience across both asset management and real estate investment transactions
  • Strong experience with commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • Good landlord & tenant experience, including leasing, renewals, and re-gears
  • Experience advising on property portfolios and ongoing asset management matters
  • Desirable exposure to JVs, indirect property transactions, and/or real estate-related M&A
  • Experience working with real estate investors, funds, developers, or asset managers would be advantageous
  • The ability to provide practical, commercially focused advice and operate with a high degree of autonomy
