Real Estate Finance Solicitor
Location: North East | Hybrid / Remote Considered
PQE: Ideally 1-3 Years
Are you a Commercial Property or Real Estate Finance Solicitor looking for more than another fee-earning role? We're working with a fast-growing commercial law firm that has an established pipeline of real estate finance work and ambitious plans to expand its property offering. The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property and real estate finance matters, working closely with investors, lenders, developers, and business owners. The role offers genuine autonomy, existing workflow from day one, and the opportunity to play a key role in developing the firm's property department.
Key Responsibilities
- Run commercial property and real estate finance files independently
- Advise on acquisitions, disposals, and finance transactions
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Manage matters from instruction through to completion
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Support the continued growth of the property team

Skills & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Ideally 1-3 years' PQE in Commercial Property or Real Estate Finance
- Experience handling property finance, lending, or acquisition matters
- Able to manage files with minimal supervision
- Commercially minded with strong client care skills
- Ambitious and keen to contribute to a growing practice
