Full Time role
Client is looking for an experienced Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer to join our expanding Residential Conveyancing team.

The client is looking for an experienced residential property/conveyancing legal professional who can handle residential property transactions from start to finish.

Requirements:
- Client needs experienced Residential Conveyancing professionals for a growing UK law firm.
- Candidates can be qualified Solicitors, CILEX Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers.
- Strong hands-on experience managing residential property transactions, particularly freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, exchanges, and completions.
- Ability to manage their own caseload and deal directly with clients and other parties.
- Location is flexible because hybrid/remote working is available, with Dewsbury, Rugeley, and surrounding areas being particularly relevant.
- Commercial property-only candidates are not suitable.
