The role
You'll manage a broad range of private client matters, including wills, powers of attorney, executries and trust administration. The role will also involve advising on succession planning, inheritance tax matters and asset protection strategies for a diverse client base.
In addition to fee-earning responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to develop and nurture client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and support the development of junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
About you
This opportunity would suit a Private Client Solicitor who:
- Possesses a solid technical understanding of wills, trusts and executry work
- Is confident advising clients on succession and tax planning matters
- Enjoys building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Is proactive, organised and commercially aware
- Has achieved, or is working towards, STEP qualification
