We're looking for a talented and ambitious newly qualified Solicitor (0-2 years PQE) to join our growing in-house Legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer coming from private practice who is keen to broaden their experience and gain exposure to a diverse range of commercial, corporate, financing and project-related matters within a dynamic business environment.
Working closely with the Senior Solicitor, General Counsel and key business stakeholders, you'll provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice that helps support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Legal team, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Provide practical legal advice on contractual risk and commercial arrangements.
- Support strategic business projects and commercial initiatives.
- Assist with corporate transactions, restructurings and joint ventures.
- Work alongside Finance and Commercial teams on deal structuring and execution.
- Provide legal support on financing arrangements, refinancing transactions and security documentation.
- Manage relationships with external legal advisers where required.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, concise updates on legislative and regulatory developments.
- Support legal process improvements, template development and governance initiatives.
- Contribute to the effective management of legal risk across the business.

Essential
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a current practising certificate.
- 0-2 years' post-qualification experience.
- Training contract completed within a reputable private practice law firm.
- Experience drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial agreements.
- Exposure to transactions, structured commercial arrangements or corporate matters.
- Strong legal drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to legal advice.
