Job Title: Supervising Solicitor
Location: Winnersh
Job Type: Hybrid - 2 days Onsite
A well-established Family Law Firm in Winnersh is looking for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its supportive team. The firm is known for its client-focused approach, professional development opportunities, and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in a supportive working environment.
We are open to candidates who do not currently hold supervision accreditation but are willing to work towards obtaining it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Family Law matters including Non-Molestation Orders, Child Arrangements, Divorce and Private Children cases.
- Provide excellent legal advice and client care.
- Prepare court applications, witness statements and legal documents.
- Manage Legal Aid applications through CCMS.
- Support and supervise paralegals and other team members.
- Work towards obtaining supervision accreditation if not already accredited.

Requirements:
- Solicitor qualification recognised in England and Wales
- Relevant accreditation for Supervising, or must be willing to obtain
- Minimum 5 years PQE
- Prior experience working in legal aid (CCMS)
- Detailed, organised, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Team player that is willing to help other team members
- Confident in using IT and different software
- Excellent drafting, communication, and client care skills
