The role
- Advising employer clients on a broad range of workplace issues, including:
- Workplace disputes and employee relations
- Restructuring, redundancy and TUPE
- Drafting contracts, policies and workplace documents
- Employment Tribunal proceedings
- Client training and legal updates
About you
- Scottish qualified employment law solicitor
- Confident across contentious and non-contentious work
- Experience advising employer clients
- Excellent communication and client-management skills
- Commercial, pragmatic approach
