Our Award-Winning Education and Children's Rights Team

Our award-winning Education and Children's Rights team helps children, young people, and their families secure access to the education and support they are entitled to. We represent parents and children across England and Wales, providing expert legal advice and advocacy in complex education and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) matters.

The team supports clients with:

  • Special Educational Needs (SEN) and SEND matters.
  • Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) appeals and disputes.
  • SEND Tribunal cases and advocacy.
  • School admissions appeals.
  • School exclusions and pupil rights.
  • Supporting children who are out of education.
  • Bullying, discrimination, and safeguarding-related concerns.
  • Disputes with independent and private schools.
  • Judicial Review proceedings against schools, local authorities, and other public bodies where necessary.

We Are Looking for a Solicitor

We are looking for a Solicitor with experience in Education and Children's rights to join our team. While experience in Education Law and/or Legal Aid is desirable, we are equally keen to hear from applicants with a genuine interest in developing their career in these areas. We welcome candidates who are passionate about making a positive difference to clients' lives and who are looking to build their expertise within a supportive, award-winning team.
