About The Role:
In this role, you will be an integral part of the department dedicated to managing complex claims for individuals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Running your own caseload
- Supporting more senior fee earners with their higher-value claims
- Actively participating in business development initiatives
- Engaging in broader firm activities
Key Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:
- At least one seat in personal injury or clinical negligence
- Be a qualified solicitor or soon to qualify, with experience in serious claims
- Excellent client care skills, demonstrating the ability to support clients through challenging times
