Real Estate Finance Associate 2-5+ PQE | London, City | Top 100 Ranked Firm | Excellent quality of work
The Firm:
A highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm with a strong reputation across Real Estate, Finance and Private Wealth is continuing to grow its Real Estate Finance offering.
The firm acts for a sophisticated client base that includes HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, developers, investors and financial institutions, with its REF team advising on billions of pounds worth of property matters each year. Its strong market standing is reflected through Top Tier Legal 500 rankings across key practice areas, alongside recognition from Chambers High Net Worth.
The Role:
This is an opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Associate with 2-5+ years PQE to join an established and expanding team.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising borrowers and lenders on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including acquisitions, investments, developments and refinancings.
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security and ancillary documentation, and managing transactions through to completion.
- Working collaboratively with real estate, construction, corporate and tax teams, as well as offshore counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters.
- Developing strong relationships with clients and professional advisers, while supporting business development through pitches, events, thought leadership and industry groups.
- Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the Real Estate Finance practice.
