I'm keen to speak with Contentious Probate Solicitors (3+ PQE) who are looking to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates.
This highly regarded firm has established an exceptional reputation for handling complex, high-value contentious probate matters. Unlike many private client teams, the practice is dedicated solely to contentious work, offering lawyers the opportunity to develop genuine specialist expertise while working alongside some of the leading names in the field.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including:

- Will and inheritance disputes
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Trust and estate disputes
- Challenges to the validity and capacity of wills

Applications are welcomed from solicitors with 3+ years' PQE and solid contentious probate experience. You should be confident managing your own caseload, possess strong technical ability and excellent client care skills, and be looking for a long-term opportunity with real career progression.
