M&A, Private Equity and Corporate Transactions | Hybrid Working | £62,000 - £79,000

The role would suit an ambitious mid-level corporate solicitor with approximately 1 to 5 PQE who is looking for high-quality transactional work, early client exposure and a clear opportunity to progress within a supportive national practice.

  • Advising on acquisitions, disposals and other corporate transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating share and business asset purchase agreements
  • Supporting private equity investments and management transactions
  • Managing due diligence, data-room and disclosure exercises
  • Preparing disclosure letters and supporting documentation
  • Assisting with IPOs, equity fundraisings and other public company matters
  • Advising on reorganisations, joint ventures and shareholder agreements
  • Supporting business development initiatives and pitches

You will work alongside experienced corporate lawyers while taking increasing responsibility for your own matters. The successful candidate will benefit from early client contact and the opportunity to lead appropriate workstreams and transactions.

The role is designed to progress and promote candidates through the ranks giving them the tools to lead on major transactions.
