Service Care Solutions are working with an award-winning national firm that is seeking a Solicitor to expand its Residential Property, Housebuilder & Estate Agency team in Inverness.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected team, advising a diverse client base across the Highlands, Islands and Moray.
The Role:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Advising private individuals, trusts, SMEs and property developers
- Supporting housebuilders with site acquisitions, land assembly and plot sales
- Delivering practical, commercial advice while managing client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues across a nationally recognised property team
