Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx
| min 5 + Years’ PQE | West End, London | Hybrid Working | up to £90k depending on PQE | Share options | Private Medical etc.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a progressive conveyancing law firm committed to improving its systems and processes to make residential transactions more efficient, consistent and transparent for clients.
The position combines hands-on conveyancing with the opportunity to influence how systems and processes are developed across the practice. The successful candidate will manage a quality, non-volume caseload, allowing them time to contribute their practical knowledge and ideas to improving the firm’s processes, systems and ways of working. Client care and satisfaction are key priorities for the firm.
The Role
- Run freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
- Handle complex leasehold matters, including transactions affected by the Building Safety Act
- Manage new-build and shared ownership transactions
- Maintain excellent standards of legal work, compliance and client care
- Use and provide constructive feedback on the firm’s developing systems and processes
- Identify recurring risks, inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement
- Contribute to the continued development of the conveyancing service

Who You Are
- You will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx professional with:
- Min 5 + years’ PQE or equivalent experience (Candidates with fewer than 5 years’ PQE may be considered where they gained strong technical experience managing their own caseload prior to qualification.)
- Strong Technical Residential Conveyancing knowledge and experience
- Substantial experience managing transactions independently from start to finish independantly.
- Essential experience in new-build and shared ownership transactions
- Experience handling complex leasehold matters
- Strong client care and compliance awareness
- A genuine interest in improving systems, processes and ways of working within legal services
- The ability to adapt as systems and working practices develop
- Confidence using IT systems and contributing practical ideas for improvement
