An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a 2–5 PQE Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded Tier 1 private wealth team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a private client lawyer to join a specialist firm advising HNW and UHNW individuals, families, and entrepreneurs on sophisticated domestic and international private wealth matters.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, technically strong, and client-focused, with the opportunity to work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters.
You will advise a sophisticated international client base across a broad range of private wealth matters, including:
- Trusts, estates, and succession planning
- Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Complex contentious and non-contentious trusts and probate
- International and cross-border wealth planning
- Residence, domicile, and pre-arrival tax planning
- Trust and family governance
- Family office structuring
- UK residential property structuring
- Philanthropy, charities, art, and cultural property

About you:
- 2–5 years' PQE within a strong private client/private wealth team
- Experience advising HNW/UHNW individuals and families
- The confidence to work on complex and high-value matters
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within private wealth
