We’re Expanding – Fee-Sharing Solicitors & Consultants (Self-Employed)
Build Your Practice with Kulachi Solicitors
Are you an ambitious Solicitor / Consultant looking for the freedom to grow your own practice while benefiting from the support and infrastructure of an established SRA-regulated law firm?
Kulachi Solicitors is expanding and is seeking self-employed Solicitors and Consultants to work with the firm on a fee-sharing basis.
Please note: This is not an employed position. We are looking for independent legal professionals who wish to practise on a self-employed basis, subject to SRA regulations and Kulachi Ltd internal policies.

Who We’re Looking For
We are particularly interested in Solicitors / Consultants who:
- Hold a current practising certificate (where applicable).
- Have experience managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Have an existing client following and/or the ability to generate and develop their own client base.
- Demonstrate excellent client care, communication and business development skills.
- Are committed to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.
- Have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
