Solicitor/Senior Solicitor (1-4 PQE) | Technology & Commercial

Would you like to be part of the largest Technology & Commercial practice in Scotland, working directly with high-profile clients across the UK and internationally?

We are looking for a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor (1-4 PQE) with a passion for technology and commercial law to join our market-leading team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of technology and commercial contracts, strategic advisory matters, intellectual property agreements, and data protection projects, supporting clients across a variety of sectors.

You will advise on cutting-edge matters including enterprise cloud agreements, digital transformation and AI projects, software licensing, outsourcing arrangements, and web and mobile app contracts, as well as IP licensing and protection strategies. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to corporate support and competition matters within the technology sector.
