Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Solution Advisor Manager to join our team in Feltham, United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of solution advisors, driving the development and delivery of innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise to guide clients toward optimal outcomes while building and mentoring a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of solution advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Analyze client business requirements and recommend customized solutions that align with organizational objectives
- Develop and execute strategic solution delivery plans, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor on complex business matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, and technical departments to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs, providing coaching and feedback to drive accountability and growth
- Identify market trends and emerging opportunities to enhance solution offerings and competitive positioning
- Present solutions and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence
- Oversee solution quality assurance and risk management throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Contribute to the development of solution methodologies, best practices, and knowledge management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution advisory, consulting, or related client-facing advisory roles
- Proven team management and leadership experience with demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate solutions to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in business analysis and requirements gathering methodologies
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Industry knowledge relevant to the organization's sector and service offerings
