The Solution Advisor Manager leads a team of Solution Advisors (SAs) specialising in SAP Customer Experience solutions, covering the full Customer Value Journey — from pipeline generation through to adoption and consumption. The role combines hands-on deal leadership with team management, and plays a critical part in driving both LOB Net Bookings and the broader Suite-First and AI-First strategic agenda.
This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Advisory, requiring equal fluency in people management, commercial acumen, and solution expertise.
Business Development & Deal Support
- Lead and support the team in high-impact customer engagements across the full sales cycle, with a primary focus on the Select phase
- Drive Suite-First and AI-First messaging in all customer interactions, positioning SAP CX as an integrated component of the SAP Business Suite
- Oversee the team's involvement in RFPs, demos, proof-of-concept engagements, and executive workshops

- Track AI adoption metrics regionally and globally, identifying opportunities to close gaps and scale successes
- Ensure the team maintains current knowledge of SAP AI capabilities, product roadmap, and competitive positioning
Adoption & Consumption Governance
- Implement a governance model for deal reviews that prioritises clean core principles and sustainable consumption
- Ensure effective pre-sales to post-sales handover, with quality transition documentation for CSM and implementation teams
- Proactively review at-risk accounts with high unconsumed ACV in collaboration with CSM and Services leadership
Resource & Operations Management
- Manage SA resource allocation across all CVJ stages using Melody and associated reporting tools, balancing Select-phase priorities with demand generation and adoption support
- Monitor team capacity, utilisation, and deal investment costs, maintaining a healthy balance across the pipeline lifecycle
- Contribute to regional QBR processes with data-driven insights from Melody Intelligence reporting

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
