About the Role
Join Computacenter’s ServiceNow Centre of Excellence as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant, where you’ll help customers shape their ServiceNow strategy and unlock the full value of the Now Platform.
In this customer-facing role, you’ll work across Managed Services and Professional Services opportunities, translating customer needs into compelling business-focused solutions. You’ll bring ServiceNow capabilities to life through discovery, demonstrations, and solution storytelling, helping organisations solve real challenges and achieve measurable outcomes.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, bid teams, and delivery specialists, supporting opportunities from initial engagement through project initiation and ensuring a consistent, high-quality pre-sales approach.

- Building trusted relationships across customers, ServiceNow, Sales, Managed Services, and Professional Services teams to support growth and successful project initiation.
What You’ll Do
Key responsibilities include:
- Support sales and bid teams in qualifying customer ServiceNow needs, shaping winning responses across Managed Services and Professional Services opportunities, and leveraging ServiceNow Centre of Excellence expertise.
- Contribute to Requests for Information (RFI) and Proposals, ensuring ServiceNow responses align with Computacenter standards and support the customer’s ServiceNow strategy.
- Engage global customers to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and improved customer experience using the ServiceNow platform, both during the bid process and in-life contracts.
- Deliver standard and tailored ServiceNow demonstrations for prospects and existing customers, including demo scripts and scenarios reflecting current product developments, releases, and solution offerings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, virtual teams, and ServiceNow Centre of Excellence consultants to share knowledge, best practices, and practical delivery insights.
- Understand the business and technical challenges addressed by ServiceNow solutions, including relevant regulations, business drivers, evolving customer needs, and security considerations.
- Share Computacenter’s practical experiences in delivering ServiceNow with prospects and existing customers to demonstrate credibility and expertise.
- Work with ServiceNow partner pre-sales teams to maintain consistency in solution consulting approaches, market insight, and delivery methods.

What You’ll Need
Essential:
- Experience working with ServiceNow in a pre-sales or solution consulting environment, acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and wider ServiceNow capabilities, processes, and best practices, with the ability to articulate how ServiceNow supports customer objectives.
- Ability to bring ServiceNow solutions to life through customer conversations, demonstrations, discovery activities, and clear articulation of business value.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across virtual teams to develop the right customer solution.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities, complemented by superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including facilitation.
- Experience in problem diagnosis, solution development, client communication, decision facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- High technical expertise and a practical understanding of ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Ability to embody Computacenter’s ‘Winning Together’ values in your approach to work.
- Confidence, engagement, and credibility in customer-facing situations.
- Ability to manage your own workload and adapt to working independently or within a wider team.
- Experience managing customer and stakeholder expectations in complex pre-sales environments.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas.

Advantageous:
- Experience delivering ServiceNow pre-sales in broader customer solutions.
- ITIL Foundation, Intermediate, or Expert Certifications.
- Pre-sales experience beyond ITSM, including capabilities like IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Information Risk Management (IRM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with ServiceNow Customer Workflows and Employee Workflows.
- Knowledge of delivering ServiceNow pre-sales solutions alongside complementary technology, vendors, and integrations.
- Experience applying Enterprise Architecture (Strategy, Planning, Standards) in a pre-sales environment.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as German and French.
