About The Role

BNB Chain is one of the most active blockchain ecosystems in the world, spanning BSC, opBNB, and BNB Greenfield. We are looking for a Solution Architect to sit at the intersection of partnerships, product, and engineering — identifying growth opportunities through close collaboration with ecosystem partners, surfacing unmet user needs, and translating them into actionable product requirements and prototypes.

This is a high-autonomy, cross-functional role. You will work directly with external partners and internal product/engineering teams to turn real-world pain points and partnership opportunities into concrete solutions that move the ecosystem forward.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with ecosystem partners and key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Proactively identify potential business growth opportunities through partner engagement and market observation
  • Diagnose user and partner pain points, and translate them into structured product requirements and prototypes
  • Research cutting-edge technologies (e.g. AI tooling) to identify opportunities for new solutions and process automation
  • Maintain a deep, working understanding of the BNB Chain ecosystem, including BSC, opBNB, and BNB Greenfield, to map partner needs to the right technical solutions
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between partners, product, and engineering to move opportunities from discovery to prototype
  • Track engagement outcomes and prepare regular reports identifying new opportunities and lessons learned

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
