About You:
You are a motivated and adaptable professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems. You enjoy working in collaborative, agile teams and take pride in delivering high-quality solutions that make a tangible impact. With strong communication skills and a consultative approach, you're comfortable engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into effective outcomes.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our consulting and delivery team, designing scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. You will work closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and technical teams to understand complex business challenges, shape technical strategies, and define solutions that deliver measurable value. The role combines technical architecture, consultancy, stakeholder management, and hands-on solution design, with the opportunity to influence projects from initial discovery through to implementation and delivery.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end solutions across applications, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and integrations
- Liaise with clients, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to understand requirements, challenges, and business objectives
- Translate business and technical requirements into practical, scalable solution architectures
- Lead technical discovery and consulting engagements, workshops, and solution discussions
- Present architecture options, recommendations, trade-offs, and technical roadmaps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients make informed technology decisions
- Define architecture standards, patterns, and technology choices
- Work closely with engineering, product, security, DevOps, and delivery teams throughout implementation
- Produce architecture diagrams, technical specifications, proposals, and solution documentation
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, costs, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide technical leadership throughout the development and implementation lifecycle
- Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, performance, security, reliability, and cost
Key Experience:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior Engineer
- Strong consulting and stakeholder-management experience, including working directly with clients
- Strong experience designing cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture
- Experience with databases, integrations, messaging, and enterprise application architecture
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with multiple backend technologies such as Ruby, Java, Python, Node.js, or.NET
- Strong understanding of security, authentication, networking, scalability, and system performance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
