Solution Architect – Contract Position – HIRING ASAP

Location: Remote Working
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12-month contract
Daily Rate: £400 - £650 per day PAYE

Summary

Solutions Architect with 7+ years’ experience and deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Providers (IDP/IDaaS), and SSO, alongside enterprise SaaS systems and SAML/SCIM. Proven track record delivering large-scale IAM projects and programs end-to-end. Strong consultancy mindset with substantial experience in client-facing technical consultant roles — including Solutions Architect, Solutions/Sales Engineering, and Pre-Sales.

As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the advertising industry by enabling clients to realize the full potential of the client's marketing solutions and even defining new solutions. You will work with marketing executives at top-tier companies across EMEA on their identity and advertising initiatives, translating their business goals into an execution plan using the client's suite of cutting-edge advertising platforms. This role will allow you to apply your passion for problem solving to achieving real-world marketing results at the client’s scale.

Non-Negotiable Skills

  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise
  • Consultancy mindset with ability to navigate stakeholders (e.g. technical, and business users)
  • Pre-sales experience
  • 7+ years’ experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer.

Requirements

  • Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on the client's marketing technology solutions for the marketing organizations at some of the most innovative companies in the world.
  • Drive multiple customer migrations or projects simultaneously; act as the technical point of contact for key accounts.
  • Work closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing a deep understanding of business goals and industry trends.
  • Implement processes defined by leadership; ensure timely resolution of support tickets and customer issues.
  • Collect customer feedback to translate customer issues into actionable product insights.
  • Understand and apply knowledge of products, technologies and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale.
  • Build relationships with team members and cross functional partners.
  • Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics.
  • Participate in interviewing and onboarding of new team members.
  • Deep Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise, with advanced hands-on knowledge of IDP/IDaaS, SSO, SAML/SCIM, provisioning, and access governance.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, global IAM projects and programs end-to-end.
  • 7+ years in client-facing technical consultant roles — Solutions Architect, Solutions/Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant.
  • Strong consultancy mindset, with the ability to translate client business goals into technical execution plans and advise credibly at both technical and executive levels.
  • Strong technical background across enterprise architecture, cloud systems, security, and integration.
  • Experience deploying large partner integration projects.
  • Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack.
  • Technical Degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have skills

  • Familiarity with leading IdP/IDaaS/SSO platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint)
  • Fluency in an additional European language (e.g. French, German, Spanish, Italian)
  • AI literacy — familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to apply AI to improve workflows, productivity, and client solutions.
  • Value-driven, consultative approach focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of AdTech, Advertising, or Digital Marketing (Brand or Direct Response).
  • Technical understanding of the client’s advertising products (including Ads and Pages API, Identity Platform).
  • Experience working with API documents, calling APIs using scripts, and testing APIs.
  • Experience with Swagger and Postman.
