We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to define and deliver modern technology solutions that enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the organisation’s technology landscape, working across a variety of change initiatives to design scalable, secure and future-ready solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring that all solutions align with enterprise architecture principles and support long-term business goals.
You’ll help embed a strong architecture-led approach to delivery, promoting innovation, consistency and best practice across all technology initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
- Leading the design, implementation and governance of technology solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and SMEs to deliver solution architecture artefacts.
- Supporting technology-led change across the business, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
- Defining solutions aligned to the enterprise architecture vision and roadmap.
- Providing expert architectural guidance to ensure compliance with architecture standards and best practice.
- Leading engagement with third-party vendors, ensuring solutions meet required standards.
- Playing a key role in project delivery, embedding design thinking throughout the lifecycle.
- Staying informed on emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance business capabilities.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Experienced architect with strong technical expertise and a passion for designing impactful technology solutions.
- Strategic mindset alongside hands-on experience, with the ability to translate business needs into practical, well-structured architecture designs.
- Comfortable working across complex environments, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and providing clear, confident guidance.
- Proactive approach, continuously looking for opportunities to improve, innovate and add value through technology.
- Motivated by shaping future-focused solutions and driving best practice across architecture and delivery.
This Role Would Suit
- An experienced Solutions Architect or Senior Technical Lead.
- Someone with a strong track record of defining and delivering enterprise-level technology solutions.
- A professional with experience working in architecture-led environments (e.g. TDA governance).
- A strong communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear business insights.
- A collaborative individual who can influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Someone with a genuine passion for technology, innovation and continuous improvement.
