Solution Architect (HubSpot)
Location: Remote, UK
Day-rate: £650-750 per day (Outside of IR35)
Start date: Immediate (you will need to be able to start ASAP)
Our client is a leading global organisation operating within the life sciences sector. Through a collaborative membership model, they bring together thousands of industry experts from many of the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to drive innovation, share best practice, and address complex industry challenges.
Following a period of significant growth and acquisition, they are investing in the transformation of their technology landscape and are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the evolution of their HubSpot ecosystem.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role at the centre of a major business and technology transformation programme. You will take ownership of solution design across HubSpot and its wider application landscape, helping to standardise business processes, improve data quality, integrate newly acquired businesses, and deliver a scalable platform capable of supporting future growth.
Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party partners, you will ensure that HubSpot and associated systems are aligned to strategic business objectives and support efficient, data-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture, optimisation and roadmap for the HubSpot platform.
- Design scalable end-to-end business processes across CRM, commercial, marketing and operational functions.
- Define integration architecture between HubSpot and associated business systems, including finance, CPQ, reporting and other third-party applications.
- Drive the consolidation and harmonisation of processes, systems and data following acquisitions.
- Establish and embed data governance, ownership and data quality standards.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Manage technology initiatives from design through to implementation and adoption.
- Develop operating models, governance frameworks and continuous improvement plans.
- Work closely with external implementation partners to deliver enhancements and strategic projects.
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded Solution Architect who combines strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder engagement and business analysis skills.

You will ideally have:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, CRM Architect or Business Systems Architect.
- Strong HubSpot implementation, optimisation or architecture experience.
- Experience integrating CRM platforms with finance, ERP, CPQ, marketing automation, analytics or customer-facing systems.
- Strong business process mapping and solution design capabilities.
- Experience establishing data governance and data quality frameworks.
- A track record of delivering business transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with third-party technology vendors and implementation partners.
