Must-Have Requirements
- Proven Solution Architect experience within London Market Insurance.
- Experience in PAS implementation, migration, or replacement programs.
- Strong knowledge of underwriting processes and operating models.
- Expertise in Azure cloud architecture, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience delivering large-scale insurance transformation programs.
- Ability to define migration strategies and future-state architecture roadmaps.

Nice to Have
- Reinsurance domain knowledge.
- Bordereaux management and reporting experience.
- Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, HX, or IRIS platforms.
