About the Company
We're supporting an innovative engineering and robotics organisation operating within the offshore renewable energy sector. The business designs, manufactures, deploys and services highly specialised robotic equipment used in offshore environments worldwide. Following significant growth and multiple acquisitions, the organisation is embarking on a global business transformation programme that will consolidate a complex application landscape onto Microsoft Dynamics 365. This enterprise-wide programme will deliver a modern digital platform encompassing Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Asset Management, Project Operations, Field Service, CRM, Power Platform and Azure Integration Services across operations in the UK, Europe and North America.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to take ownership of the overall solution design for a large-scale Dynamics 365 transformation programme. Working closely with the Programme Manager, Executive Sponsors, Functional Workstream Leads and Systems Integrator, you will act as the design authority across the entire Microsoft ecosystem and ensure the programme delivers a scalable, supportable and business-led solution. This role requires someone who can balance strategic architecture decisions with practical delivery considerations and has successfully architected complex, multi-workstream D365 programmes in manufacturing, engineering or asset-intensive environments. You'll be responsible for ensuring all workstreams align to a single solution vision whilst managing architecture governance throughout the programme lifecycle.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
