YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead PLM solution design across complex enterprise transformations and managed services. You will own end-to-end, platform-agnostic architectures, shape winning bid solutions, and act as a trusted technical authority throughout delivery, building confidence with clients and internal stakeholders while growing PLM capability and talent.
Key responsibilities
- Own and govern PLM solution architecture across the full bid-to-delivery lifecycle, ensuring digital continuity across PLM, CAD, ALM, and enterprise systems such as ERP and MES.
- Lead pre-sales and RFP activities, defining solution strategy, value propositions, delivery models, estimates, and risks, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership through delivery, mentoring architects, setting standards and best practices, and contributing to PLM thought leadership and propositions.
YOUR PROFILE
You will be an experienced PLM Solution Architect with a strong background in enterprise architecture, capable of leading complex, multi-platform solutions in high-pressure environments. You bring proven pre-sales expertise, confidence working across global delivery models, and the ability to communicate clearly and credibly at executive level.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
